Hotel Trusty Nagoya Shirakawa

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. Travelling all over Japan you can really begin to understand value for money and this one ticks the boxes. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Great location in Nagoya. We would return happily.

Nice room-Comfortable bed, fair size room. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The lack of elevator to the ground floor is tricky with a small child.

Received an upgrade, which was nice. It's a little out of the way, but it's easy to catch 1 stop to Nagoya station. Use exit 10 from fushimi station as it has a lift and then the hotel is around 5 minutes walk. Also just ask the reception staff to alter the direction of the escalator to go down so you don't need to carry your luggage down the stairs.

Rooms next to each other were good and nice big comfortable beds with black out curtains allowed for a great sleep.
